Vocabulary: In this case, you first learn the words you need in almost every conversation. You will also learn how you to describe words that you have not learned yet. Of course, the vocabulary is not enough to lead philosophical discussions or reading literature, but you will be able to make yourself understood in everyday life.
Grammar: Some words change in the sentence. The dictionary shows <geben>, but the correct form in a sentence is for example <gibst> or <gabst>. If you have theoretical knowledge, we will make use of it. If not, we renounce the theory and practice the forms by means of conversation.
Pronunciation: Few people articulate as newscaster. Especially the often used words are spoken quickly and unclearly. Why you not only learn how to speak German properly but to also recognize the possible variations of pronunciation.

Vocabulary: So that I can put together the words that you really use, please tell me what your interests are. Literature, politics, history, culture, sport ...? Grammar: One can express the same meaning in various ways. Not only the choice of words, the arrangement of the words in the sentence, or the use of subordinate clauses make the language lively, varied and so interesting. Theory can be helpful but is not necessary. In this respect I follow you.
Pronunciation: Maybe you already understand the different variants of pronunciation. Here you can train yourself to speak fluently and quickly.

Some Thoughts on Methodology

If you want to learn a foreign language, you have to work for it. Unfortunately there is no method by which you learn the language by the way. Anyone who claims otherwise, is lying to you.
But you know, work must not be uncomfortable but can be great fun. However, three conditions must be present for it.

1. motivation

Anyone who follows a personal goal with the foreign language, accepts taking also disadvantages. A lot of websites explain why it pays to learn German. I think you know best why you want to learn German. I'm not a motivational speaker. But I'm learning a lot and even consider my students as like-minded people whose motivation I support wholeheartedly.

2. atmosphere

An atmosphere in which you can focus on learning, lets you quickly forget the unpleasant aspects of the work. This includes proper lighting and a comfortable seating position. The teaching room of the apartment is ideally set up for this purpose. In conversation exercises you can comfortably sit in a comfortable chair. In the bookshelf you will find classic and contemporary German literature as well as nonfiction topics. But I and also your conversation partners will of course help yourself that you do not happen like work.

Some students learn better when they write a lot, others when they discuss the content. Still others may remember what they heard. Role play is also an opportunity to take the learning contents more easily. With small tests we can quickly find out which learning method is yours.
